Notification to close Combined Benefit Services

As part of Combined Insurance’s ongoing review to streamline and modernise its business it has taken the decision to close its CBS U.K. Worksite operation to new business with effect from 16th May 2008.

It has also been decided that MyChoices, the free lifestyle benefits available through CBS, will close with effect from 16th May. From this date access to www.mychoices.co.uk and the discounts offered will be unavailable. Any orders you place with MyChoices suppliers prior to this date should be processed by them but it will not be possible to place any further orders via MyChoices after this date.

Additionally, if you have purchased a MyChoicesExtra card you can continue to use it to obtain discounts until it expires. For more details on MyChoicesExtra please call Countdown Customer Services on 08701 600698.

Please be assured that the policy/policies you may have with Combined Insurance through CBS are not affected in any way by this decision.  We will continue to provide cover to you under the terms and conditions of the policy/policies you hold, and will continue to service your policy/policies in the usual way.  This includes any questions you may have about your cover, the handling of claims, changes to your personal circumstances (e.g. a change of address) as well as enquiries about other products we provide which may suit your needs.
