If your circumstances change, it is important that you notify us as quickly as possible as this may affect your policy and the speed in which any future claims can be paid.

You can do this by calling us on 0800 169 7733 between 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday or completing the online Change Customer Information Form below.

If you’ve changed your personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, employment etc) please complete this online form and we’ll update our records.

Direct Debit Form

If you’ve changed your bank account or need to complete a new Direct Debit Form, please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 169 7733 between 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
