Annual Leave
Every full-time employee is entitled to 22 – 25 days holiday each year dependent on role and length of service. For those working part-time entitlement is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Pension
After salary, your pension is one of the most important benefits provided by Combined Insurance and represents our commitment to provide financial protection for our employees and their families, both before and after retirement. At retirement you will have a choice of options including a pension payment for the rest of your life; a pension for a dependant or cash lump sum. Your contributions will also be subject to tax relief at your highest rate of taxation.
Life Assurance Scheme
Our company scheme is offered to all new employees and aims to protect our employee’s family’s lifestyle in the event of death in service, it provides a lump sum benefit of four times the annual rate of basic salary.
Training and Professional Development
At Combined Insurance we are committed to investing in your career development. As well as providing comprehensive in-house courses, we are keen for our employees to attend any external courses that may also be beneficial.
Medical Insurance
We have arranged a specially reduced medical insurance scheme with BUPA.
